After joining Life Matters Training Center as an intern in 2020, Joanna has risen to the position of Director of Program Development and Expansion. With God's guidance, she is leading the ministry into the future.
Julie Rosati
Founder & Creative Director
Formerly a New York City pro-life advocate, Julie has helped over 5,000 women choose life. Her burden for the pre-born led her to found the Life Matters Training Center and make it what it is today.
Steve Rosati
Founder & Financial Director
Finances, Bible teaching, evangelism — Steve has a hand in everything. He is an integral part of Life Matters Training Center, functioning as its Financial Director and much more.

Pastor Jonathan Burns

With decades of pastoral ministry under his belt, Pastor Burns is an invaluable source of godly and biblical guidance to the ministry. He currently serves as pastor of Heritage Baptist Church, which serves as the home church of Life Matters Training Center.
John Laury

A Navy veteran and former corporate manager, John provides important logistical and business guidance. The amazing way that the Lord has transformed his life over the past two decades has given him a passion for helping to spread the gospel and protect the pre-born.

Sitting on Christian school boards, leading teen groups, teaching Bible studies, and much more, Wayne and Karmel have been called by God to a variety of ministries. As advisers to Life Matters Training Center, they endeavor to help save the lives of pre-born babies and share the gospel.
